Dupe Akinsiun is a globally certified HR executive and leadership strategist with over 15 years of experience leading workforce transformation across industries and regions. 

Currently, she partners with senior leaders to drive global talent and succession strategies, workforce capability development, and DEI-led leadership pipelines with a focus on embedding agility and data-driven insights into the future of work.

A certified coach, trainer and speaker, Dupe has shaped enterprise-wide talent initiatives in highly regulated and matrix environments and was recently named one of Career Masterclass’s Top 25 Leading Black Women in Corporate UK.

She is passionate about building high-performing, future-ready teams and is widely regarded for her thought leadership on inclusive hiring, up-skilling, and strategic workforce planning in the age of disruption.

Dupe is certified by SHRM, HRCI, HRMA. She is also a certified Design Thinking Practitioner, Scrum Master and a Behavioural Analyst. She is concluding her Executive MBA with a specialisation in AI & Digital Transformation at the Hult Business School.
